Belt mill...Buy a black belt with little effort!

krav maga classes are excellent!

krav maga is a great workout and very "real world" applicable. it is "real time" and not a slow motion workout.
Perfect for kids who are used to awards for merely showing up. This school is based on long contracts for young kids, a never-ending requirement to purchase cheaply made, overpriced gear with "ATA" printed on it, and allowing students to get the next belt rank if they show up for enough classes and pay the testing fee. If you want to actually learn martial arts, skip this place.
