This is one of the best facilities you will any where in the Albany NY area. No matter if you are young or old they work with you so that you feel part of their family.

My boys love taking class here! Have been a part of Capital northeast Taekwondo for 5 years.
The instructors are fun and teach well! I totally recommend this place, for adults and kids!
