Not accomodating, girl at desk not friendly

I recently stopped in for a trial class and left. Was turned off by the woman who works in front. She seemed to be a know it all and seems to speak down to people there. I dont care about competition medals all over the wall. I was looking for a fun way to stay in shape. I didnt feel very welcome so i left.

Coaching was all over the place. Small school. Cheap equipment. Snotty people.
My Daughter Lillian started Brazen Martial Arts a week after her 3rd birthday. She is learning balance, self reliance, confidence, concentration and discipline in a way that just cannot be done at home. The coaches are insanely patient and take a real interest in each and every one of their students. You can tell the coaches are invested and also having just as much fun ( if not more at times ) then the students they teach. .
Reading the other 2 reviews, I am in disbelief. . Staff has always been accommodating and have gone the extra mile for my daughter and myself. I am sure if the above reviewers were to contact them directly - any issues they have would be resolved IMO.
