If you only get to study one martial art in your life, it should be Aikido. If you are in the Bismarck/Mandan area your school should be this one. The qualifications of the intstructor CAN NOT BE MATCHED in this part of the state. BEWARE of other schools in the area that have "wannabe" instructors that either have "honorary" black belts or only one or two years of training. Aikido is a difficult but extremely rewarding path and your choice of instructors should not be taken lightly. I have trained at this school for over a year. I have trained at the "other" school as well. The quality of instruction and the ability of the instructor at this school CANNOT be beat.

This school is a great value and a real benefit to the Bismarck / Mandan area. Payment is month to month and is likely the best bargain in town for good quality martial arts instruction. There are NO contracts, no initiation fees or termination fees.

The purchasing of uniforms and other equipment is left up to the student regarding the style of gi, manufacturer, etc. Recommendations are made, but the school does not profit from any of this. It is not necessary to buy equipment with certain brand names or from certain suppliers, so you can shop around and save money.

This is the best place to learn Aikido in the entire central ND region.
