Classic Fitness
Classic Self-Defense is a method of teaching self-defense using a limited number of skills to respond to attacks. This is a better way to prepare for a potential hostile encounter. This training method is intuitive and quickly learned.
Classic Fitness training using a lesser known Indian exercise method, Wooden Club Swinging. Students use 1 pound wooden clubs to perform linear and circular patterns.
