Free Trail Class! To schedule a FREE trial class in any of ZenQuest’s amazing programs…incliuding Karate, Jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, MMA or Self-defense.
The ZenQuest Martial Arts Center has provided quality Martial Arts instruction for the residents of the Berkshires and surrounding areas since 1972. Formerly the known as the Okinawan Karate School, the new center offers a much larger, state-of-the-art facility with a wider variety of martial arts.
ZenQuest places emphasis on providing the most authentic programs, and healthiest environment possible, so that each student can receive high quality training and achieve their goals of self-improvement through the martial arts.
Youth Karate: Ages 3-5; 5-6; 6-8; 8-11; 11-13
Adult Karate: Ages 13 and up
Youth Jiu-jitsu: Ages 7-10; 10-14
Adult Jiu-jistsu: Ages 13 and up
MMA, Muay Thai, Kickboxing: Ages 13 and up
