Zanshin is a school that focuses on the lifelong path and self-defense skills of the martial arts. Our children’s program is perfect for teaching core life skills to ages 3-12. Adults (13+) have even more training options and more focus on self-defense.
We are a family friendly environment and a safe space for all.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Zanshin Martial Arts:
Arnis/Kali/Escrima/FMA, Hapkido, Karate & Tae Kwon Do classes are available in Omaha for children and adults. Daytime and evening classes offered all year round on various weekdays. After school Martial Arts Program, Summer & Winter Camps etc. may also be available. Please contact Zanshin Martial Arts for exact class hours for different age groups.
