PROGRAM INFORMATION:
This is a traditional martial arts facility that offers training in Shitoryu Karatedo for both kyu (color) and dan (black belt) ranks. Traditional training includes the following:
Kihon- fundamental stances, blocks, strikes
Kata- compulsories/forms for technique, focus, speed, and strength training
Kumite- sparring, partner practice to develop proper distance and apply techniques
Supplemental training at this club includes:
Kobudo- traditional weapons training
Aiki- traditional jujitsu
