Yuson Hawaiian Kenpo
Yuson Hawaiian Kenpo is dedicated to the late Professor Jerry Yuson. We offer realistic self-defense training for street survival situations.
Yuson Hawaiian Kenpo is headquartered in the state of Florida and specializes in self-defense training for survival in real street situations.
We teach the Hawaiian martial art Kajukenbo, founded in 1947 by five Masters as the original mixed martial art. Kajukenbo is comprised of the most effective techniques of five different styles: Karate, Judo, Ju-Jitsu, Kenpo, and Chinese Boxing (Kung Fu). Kajukenbo includes both empty hand and weapons self-defense. Kajukenbo teaches a variety of weapons, from stick to bladed.

Traditional Kajukenbo:
Kids: Monday-Wednesday 5:30-6:30 PM $50/Month
Adults: Monday - Wednesday 7:00-8:30 PM $60/Month
Hawaiian Lions Self-Defense Class: Over the years, Professor Blevins has seen a need for specialized training for people who have physical limitations or time restraints that do not allow them to attend a normal martial arts class. These people have an interest in learning self-defense, but because they could not participate in a traditional class, they were not afforded the opportunity for ongoing self-defense training. The classes will be individually tailored for each student based on their needs and limitations. Our goal is to strengthen their weak points and enhance their strong points, allowing all people to have a chance to learn to defend themselves.
All ages: Thursday Night Only 6:00-7:30 PM $35/Month
Tai Chi Class: To be added to curriculum soon.
We offer household discounts and do require a waiver be signed before anyone may train.
