Instructor Scott Haga currently holds the rank of 6th degree black belt.He has been training in Shotokan karate since 1978 and has been instructing children and adults for the past 20 years.

Children’s classes are focused on traditional Shotokan Karate with a primary focus on physical fitness self defense, discipline and confidence building. Children will also practice some wrestling take down skills and defensive ground fighting skills.
