School focuses on tai chi, meditation, bagua and xinyi. Each class is small and taught by the Grandmaster, so the student gets hands -on, traditional training. School also has a unique payment system. You buy blocks of classes and each get marked off your card as you use them. No lost classes if your work schedule changes, you go on vacation, etc. All levels are welcome. Master Li Tai Liang is well versed in the healing aspects of the Chinese Martial Arts and does many Qigong sets geared to specific health problems. His martial applications are world class, he has written books for the Chinese Special Forces Police in hand to hand combat. First Class.

Grandmaster Li Tai Li Liang school is welcoming, fun, and very traditional. He doesn't just teach forms, he teaches cultural connections, applications, instructions for keeping healthier and happier. His motto is to help people in order to help yourself.

I love the tai chi, bagua and xinyi classes. Shaolin classes are also on my list of things to accomplish this year. Classes typically include short sessions in open hand forms, weapons, aerobics, and meditation. Something for everyone!
