I've been living in the area for most of my life and have seen martial arts schools come and go. The staff at Wu Shen Tao appear to really be interested in the progress of their students and don't nickel and dime you to continually sell you something you don't need. ( like in many other schools in the area). They've maintained high standards from when I began there as a kid in the 1990's and now that I'm back they seem to be even better. Their tuition is also very competitive and they give you much more for your money. If you are looking for various styles of Kung fu or Tai Chi, this is a place you definitely want to check out.

These guys have been around for 30 years and continue to put out top notch practitioners, competitors, and kid martial artists. Paul Ramos the Chief Instructor is massively knowledgeable and better yet, he gives up the true information without holding back like other schools I've attended. Their free community Tai Chi Push Hands group has been serving VA, WDC, and MD for over 22 years. They are also one of the few schools that actually teach real eastern and western swordplay. Add their extensive Internal Martial Arts programs and their reasonable rates you have a combination that's hard to beat.
