I've been attending this school for about a year and a half and continue to want to go because they make it fun to learn. It has also forced me to improve my fitness so I don't "run out of gas" while sparring!
Teaches how to defend your self from real attack on the street or if someone is hurting you. Also teaches weapon defenses. Great group of students in the class. All are willing to help with any issues I have had in my training.
