The UWA Martial arts academy is a truly exceptional school with programs for all ages! I was a student here since 2008 and honestly i can not see myself anywhere else. I love how the instructors genuinely want to see you succeed. They go above and beyond to make sure you reach your true potential. The classes are fun and challenging, the programs are proven in competitions, from inter-dojo (in-school) to international. I could honestly go on and on, but i highly suggest checking out this school for yourself. They have academies in Bayonne NJ and Jersey City NJ. Come visit one of the locations. They offer one free trial class so you can see if the program is truly for you. I recommend taking advantage of that offer!

I walked into this dojo only looking for basic self-defense skills for when I went to high school. I have gained that, and SO MUCH MORE. I personally think that attending classes at this dojo has given me more self confidence, self-discipline, knowledge of various karate styles, and increased fitness. The instructors here are fantastic. They truly want to see you succeed, and they make sure you work for eveything. I am so thankful that I came across this dojo. The facilities are clean and the staff is professional. I highly recommend this dojo. They have classes for people ages 3 to adult... It's a great, family oriented school, and I cannot say enough positive things about it.

My child has been with Universal Warrior Arts for over 2 years and absolutely loves it. This is a karate school where you learn confidence and traditional karate. I could not be happier with UWA and the professionalism that is shown.

This is an outstanding school that has definitely made a great impact on my child's life and I highly recommend it.

My son has been going for years, now in HS - I believe the skill he learned at UWA has help form him into the kind, passionate yound man he is today. We love it.

UWA Martial Arts Academy continues to be a great learning experience for Me, even as I am now an instructor at the dojo. I always enjoy the diversity of styles of martial arts and fitness classes that are available here, as well as the many programs to educate and encourage everyone to better themselves. We have many classes for Karate Kata, Weapons, MMA fitness, cardio fitness, Samurai Swordsmanship, as well as Ju-Jitsu trainng. All ages and walks of life are encouraged to come and see what Our School is all about.
