I have been studying Isshin-ryu Karate with Sensei Wright for several years. The 3 main things that stand out about his dojo over others I have trained at are:
#1 I train with Sensei Wright. Sensei is on the floor with his students in every class.
#2. Sensei Wright makes Isshin-ryu Karate training a complete balanced experience of Karate, fitness, tradition, history, and fun.
#3. Sensei Wright has created a dojo that is clearly a labor of love. This is a temple of Karate in Ann Arbor Michigan.
I would never want to leave the geographical vicinity of this first-rate Karate dojo.
