Good work out! Great invironment. This class is good for kids and adults. A conprehensive martial art program that is challenging. The instructor is very knowledgeable and patient. The emphasis is on traditional karate. Yoshukai karate as taught by Sensei McGinnis is governed by Grandmaster Yamamoto. The training is in the traditional style of Japan.
Sensei McGinnis is very knowledgeable in every aspect of martial arts. I like the weapons training, and self-defense. Sensei is great with all ages.
