Our program includes soft and hard training according to you ability. Many members want to compete and others want to gain from the exercise. Taekwondo is a Korean Martial Art. The material includes Korean Language and training techniques.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Legacy Combat Arts:
Using Technical Kick Boxing Techniques the class provides stress relief, strength, cardiovascular fitness, self-defense skills and it is extremely fun. We cover basic and advanced Muay Thai and Korean Kick Boxing techniques. This class will provide students with the tools they will need to compete improve their fitness, build confidence and be disciplined.
Class Days: Monday-Wednesday-Friday (Classes will begin January 3rd, 2014)
Class Times: 3-4pm, 4-7pm, and 7-8pm
Location: Mesquite Deuce Facility, Suite # 7
Instructors: Jim Dartt and Jonathan Crosby
Typical Class: Warm up, pad work, bag work, partner drills, conditioning
Uniform: Proper Loose Fitness Attire, No Shoes or Socks.
Fees: Please inquire at the Recreation Center Front Desk.
3-4PMClass: Senior Kickboxing Fitness. (Must posses a Membership or be apart of the Lifelong Fitness Program).
4-7PM Class: is a walk in/walk out based on your schedule.
Courtesy is stressed and followed. The class is designed for ages 5 and up. Adults are welcome! This is a Beginner – Advanced class.
7-8PM Class: Advanced Kickboxing and Sparring.
