The Combat Academy School of Martial Arts has been present on the Gulf Coast for the past 30 years. We believe that teaching the Martial Arts is a ministry and not just a business. We have Hall of Fame and World Champion instructors who have dedicated their lives to the teaching of the arts. No where else on the coast will you find so many Masters and Grandmasters of the Martial Arts in one place teaching a variety of techniques and interacting with the students. Our classes are very affordable and fun for all ages. We also have a school located at the River Front Community Center in Moss Point, Ms. and Mobile Al.
The Chief instructor and owner is Professor/Grand Master Garreth Rick Barber. He is a 9th Degree Black Belt in kempo Karate and 6th Degree Black Belt in Shotokan Karate. He is also Assisted by Professor/Grand Master Tellias Saucier Jr. 9th Degree Black Belt, Grandmaster Marcus Page Jr 8th Degree Black Belt, Master Troy Jones Sr. 7th Degree Black Belt, Master Dr. Nyron Marshall 6th Degree Black Belt, Master Alicia Ransom 5th Degree Black Belt, Kohi Master Gabriel Barber 4rd Degree Black Belt, Kohi Master Marques Davis 4th Degree, and Sensei DaShawn Thompson 3rd Degree Black Belt and others. The satellite schools is run by Master Mark Page Jr. 8th Degree and Master Brian Fulmer.
