Pak Mei (White Eyebrow) kung fu is a very challenging system that focuses on mid-to-close range combat and utilizes complex body mechanics to generate maximum power from minimum distance.
We are not an organization that focuses only on Forms. Applications and Sparring are an integral part of our curriculum; as are classical Chinese weaponry, Hei Gong and Iron Palm/Body training.
