As a current student I can say that I have enjoyed being a part of White Dragon. I am more physically fit and I feel like I can defend myself if the need arises. In general, I would recommend White Dragon to anyone who is interested in learning martial arts. You will have to decide for yourself, but for me White Dragon get the two thumbs up!
