Sensei Ed Westling is one of the greatest instructors

I was a student of Sensei Ed before he opened his own Dojo. You don't get better instruction or better training that what Sensei provides. I miss training with him and know he will be VERY successful with his own school.
I've been with the head instructor, Ed Westling, for about 10 years and there were times where I have wanted to quit but I will forever be thankful that he always encouraged me to stay and to never give up on something (life or my training) even when it gets hard. Martial Arts has taught me discipline, how to be confident in myself, and how to be a better person in general. I highly recommend coming to class a couple times and you'll be hooked!
