Programs & Class Schedule
We work 5:30 to 8:00
We start at 5:30 for homework club
6:20 we start karate.
6:20 to 6:30 is warm-up
6:30 to 7:00 is exercise
7:00 to 7:30 is either sparring or kata
7:30 dismiss beginner students
7:35 to 8:00 intermidate and advanced class
8:00 dismiss intermidate and advanced students
black belt and above might go over time.

Sometimes we have activites like birthday parties.
If you decide to bring cake or cupcakes we will eat after we are finished beginner class.
You may enroll anytime. we would love to have your child learn the exciting martial arts forms.
Shihan Ric Pascetta may visit at some point of time.
In the summer, students are recommended to accomplish splits and stradels. we are NOT making your child do them, but we should try and accomplish it.
In the summmer we have class one day a week.
Days
Tuesday And Thursday Classes All Year Long Except For Summers, Thursdays Only! Starting at 6:00
To Start You Have to Accompany your child and sign the registration form.
You do NOT have to pay for Gi's but yo do have to provide your own gym bag and buy spar equiment from me Derek Davis Karate Instructor.
