PLEASE NOTICE: My recommendation would be to separate your self as far as possible from this individual. Especially your children! He is a pathological liar and as for certificates, insurance, etc., They do not exist ask the state not the individual. Documents can be falsified. He has multiple protective orders active against him. Has recently been arrested for violating a protective order.
