This is a great place to learn Martial Arts. The instructor has a passion for teaching this and it shows because he is always on the mat with the students. He cares for his students and is truly a great person. My child has been going there for about 3 years now and enjoys every minute of it.
True prep.

Coming from a military point of view, the techniques, lessons, and instruction I have received personally from the dojo and its instructors have helped me to face the stress and challenges in a combat MOS. Using so of the focus training I am more ready to care for my patients in a combat enviroment with a clam mind and a steady hand. I fell prepared to defend myself and my patients in hand to hand combat if necesary.

I started training here 4 years ago. Shihan Joey Harvey is amazingly dedicated to teaching the art of Juko-Ryu Jujutsu. He is one of those teachers who is not in to teaching the art for money but because he has a passion for it and wants to share that passion with others. 90% of the time he is on the mats teaching. The training is great and the friendships made there are great. If you want a place with a great quality training and in an enviroment were you feel welcome, this is the best place to be.

I met Sensei Harvey a couple of years back , and watched his training edicate, and they way he treated his students, and the practicality of the martial art that he teaches, i was instantly sold ! i joined the association and started training with him at his dojo, and have trained with him, very impressed, awesome training , with real world applications ! Would recommend him and his dojo to anyone thats looking
for just the right one!
I have trained in multiple arts and i have to tell you , this art is for real !
This dojo is clean and well ran. The atmosphere is family and positive. The training is focused of real life skills that can be used by anyone anywhere. I haven't seen injuries in this dojo- that is the mark of a very experienced dojo master. Respect is a huge focus here. I have gained an amazing amount of self esteem and self confidence while training here. I see people of all cultures and ages both male and female gain an amazing level of self defense knowledge. This is the place to go and train and learn how to defend yourself. Amazing people. Shihan Harvey is so experienced and truly is a world renowned master in this and many other arts. The children love the instructors. We work together as a family. This school has no competition in my eyes and I have traveled the United States and trained in over 10 dojos! Don't waste your time looking anywhere else.
