I have been studying under Sifu Choi for 2 years and am currently in the middle of Chum Kiu form. Sifu Choi has always shown the upmost patience and professionalism when instructing me - I doubt I would have stuck with my training if it were anyone else. The energy and hands on time is exactly what I've needed to keep growing.
