KARDIO KICKBOXING
Monday: 5:45 a.m., 9:30 a.m. & 6:45 p.m.
Wednesday: 5:45 a.m., 9:30 a.m. & 6:45 p.m.
Friday: 5:45 a.m., 9:30 a.m. & 6:45 p.m.
Saturday: 9:30 a.m.
UBC RESISTANCE BANDS:
Tuesday: 5:45 a.m. & 8:00 p.m.
Thursday: 5:45 a.m. & 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m.
MARTIAL ARTS CLASSES: (Call for Current Class Times!)
All Kardio Kickboxing and Resistance Bands classes are 1 hour long.
