We are the only martial arts school in the area affiliated with the International Taekwon-Do Association. Nationally we are affiliated with the ITF-USA. Internationally we are affiliated with the ITF based out of Spain. Classes are taught by Mr. Weisberg, who has been training in Taekwon-Do for over 35 years, teaching Taekwon-Do for about 15 years, and recently retired after 32 years as a high school principal and teacher.
The Weisberg Taekwon-Do Center is open to anyone from ages six through adults. Our school is not just for the residents of Itasca, Wood Dale, Roselle, Medinah, and Elk Grove, but also open to residents who live outside of these towns and their respective park districts. Classes are currently offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Itasca. Starting in January, Wednesdays in Elk Grove will be our third day per week of offering classes. Participants have a choice of signing up for two or three days per week.
