The program and the classes are good but the instructor lacks of costumer service and communication

The program is good which is a shame. Because I found the instructor disrespectful and rude. He lacks of costumer service and lack of respect is a terrible combination to do business with. I didn't find him personable, caring, honest or true to his principles.
