Our school/dojo/gym, offers classes for everyone from children aged 5 and up to fighters, to adults who are just looking for some exercise and recreation. We have black belts from 4 systems instructing for, what we believe, is a well rounded martial arts education, with a strong base in the first true traditional American system with Okinawan origins.
We feature Mixed Martial Arts classes, which are kept apart from our traditional classes. Our fighters are highly skilled and in peak physical shape, which has allowed us to have success in the MMA cage. Peoria's Welterweight and Heavyweight champions train with us, and our MMA coach is someone with actual experience in the ring. Don't be fooled by someone who says that they know how to fight.
