WASHIN-RYU KARATE-DO Wilkes-Barre Dojo
Hidy Ochiai's Washin-Ryu of Wilkes-Barre was established in 1972. We have been continuously teaching traditional Japanese Martial Arts to the Wyoming Valley for over 40 years.
The head instructor has over 23 years training with Master Ochiai and continues to train with him to date. Additionally there are two registered assistant instructors, each having over 10 years training.
Our emphasis is on respect, concentration, confidence, self defense, self control, non-violence & responsible conduct. New students are welcome, starting age for juniors is 5 & up.
