Programs & Class Schedule

Mondays 5:30 - 6:30 PM - Beginners
Mondays 6:30 - 7:00 PM - Forms class
Mondays 7:00 - 8:00 PM - Advanced Class

Thursday 5:30 - 6:30 PM - all ranks (Olympic-style sparring on 2nd & 4th Thursdays)

Teaching WTF-style Taekwondo. Affiliated with USA Taekwondo, and the State of Iowa Black Belt Association. Member Club of USA Taekwondo. Master Voorhees is a Kukkiwon-certified Master Instructor
