Our primary focus is to combine "life skills" with martial arts. Respect, courtesy, integrity and honesty are built into our martial arts programs. Your child will develop the ability to listen, learn, and achieve within a highly structured environment.
Our programs are designed to develop leaders. Each week we teach the children how to develop such traits as confidence, self-discipline, better listening skills, honesty, integrity and much, much more. The classes combine the fun and excitement of Taekwondo training with weekly mental and philosophical lessons designed to strengthen your child both mentally and physically.
We also teach verbal self-defense to counter bullies (as seen on OKC Fox 25 & News Channel 9). Ms. LaValley is a World Champion gold medalist and is also the only Certified Verbal Judo instructor in Norman.
