Villari's Self Defense Centers
We offer classes for ages starting at 4 years old to adult. Our classes are separated by age groups to maximize your learning experience. Villari's is a recognized leader in the martial arts industry and we offer classes in Chester Springs, PA for kids, men and women. Villari's of Chester Springs is located at the corner of Yellow Springs Road and Route 113 in Chester Springs.
Martial Art Styles
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Villari's Self Defense Centers:
- Jiu-Jitsu (Jujutsu/Jujitsu)
- Kempo/Kenpo
- Kung Fu
- Shaolin Kempo Karate
Programs & Class Schedule
Leopard Cubs (Ages 4-6 yrs) - Non-aggressive and non-competitive introduction to the fundamentals of Shaolin Kempo Karate.
Juniors (Ages 7-11 yrs) - Building confidence and inner-strength to effectively deal with physical and non-physical situations.
Teens (Ages 12 and Up) - Help young adults rise above peer pressure and excel socially as well as academically.
Adults (Ages 17 and up) - Self defense, physical fitness, and self confidence can all be achieved by training in the Martial Arts. You will improve your flexibility, stamina, and your ability to handle yourself in a variety of situations.
