Programs & Class Schedule
We offer classes for all ages groups from 2 years and up.
We now have T'ai Chi, Qigong, Kickboxing, Zumba, and our standard martial arts program.

We do not offer contracts nor will we ever.
We offer private instruction (in home as well) and group classes.
Hours are:
Mon-Thurs 8 am - 8:30 pm
Fri-Sat 8 am - 3:30 pm
Sunday CLOSED
