What we Teach:
Vertical Martial Arts offers several classes. Primary classes are based on age and skill level, but we also offer extra classes called "electives". These electives do not include any curriculum base and will not increase your rank, but are a fun addition to the normal classes and will increase your strength, speed, and understanding of the martial arts as a whole.
