The teacher here is very knowledgeable in what they teach. They take the time to help and assist with everything. They offer great programs. I love that there is no yearly contract!!!!
I think I like VCA the most because Guro Hay's program is almost instantly applicable after the first few classes. We were able to get fairly quickly to what most folks call the "good stuff", because the techniques have been adapted so well to the practical threats we are more likely to see everyday, and that made it easier to understand what Guro Hay was trying to teach us. Trapping, weapons, throws, and counters. .... So much fun to be able to pull off the moves that look so flashy and fast, but possible because the instructor has the massive knowledge base to break them down, teach you how, and hone the skill to precision and usefulness. Friendly staff, friendly students too in my class. Competitive/low to mid range cost; no annual contract a big bonus as well.
