I've been a student of Grand Master Van Binh for two years and its been a joy. I was looking for a self defense program where I could train as an adult along side my son and wife without the pressure of hardcore fighters. This was the place. They teach at a various paces to keep the interest of children and adults alike. The best part in my opinion, is that for the same monthly fee, students can learn Tae kwon do, Aikido and Judo. They have these classes on different days and the complexity of each style is different, but the combination of them is excellent and unique. I really didn't want my son going to school and showing of Tae Kwo Do (TKD) by kicking someone, keeping in mind that TKD is loaded with kicks and punches. Instead I wanted him to have options that don't just include striking. Aikido specifically provides alternatives to hitting someone. In Aikido, he can perform various arm and wrist locks, as well as, simply learning to avoid an attack and get out of the way.
I highly recommend this school if you don't want an intense adult school, but instead have kids who want to enroll and learn real full martial arts at their speed or your an adult but want something where you can learn at a non-aggressive pace.
