This dojo is the best place in Utah County to learn Aikido, and a great place to learn it in general. Aikido is a defensive martial art that can teach you to throw, pin, and basically do whatever you want with an attacker, no matter how much larger or stronger than you they are. The instructors at this dojo do a wonderful job teaching Aikido step-by-step, in a way that makes a fairly complex martial art accessible.
