Upper Valley Soo Bahk Do Karate School is a Certified Studio of the U.S. Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation Established 1976. Head Instructor John E. Martines reestablished this Karate program in Carbondale to provide a traditional martial art to the Upper Valley community. The curriculum comprises of several core values including, discipline, respect, confidence, and courage as well as great focus on self-defense and personal health. We take pride in being a family friendly school.
