Very awesome academy when it comes to self-defense. Shihan Ed, the head instructor is really focused with the students wellness with the great work outs, the student self-esteem in being confidant with themselves and of course, to being able to sell protect themselves with a street effective combat style martial arts. This academy assist in changing my lifestyle perspectives. I highly recommend this academy.
