As a female student I can say that the UKF West Coast Regional Training Center offers real life hand to hand contact training which is not only realistic but extremely effective! I highly recommend this Kenpo school!

I have studied American Kenpo Karate for many years. The school teaches principles behind each technique. (More advanced version).
This school is REAL. No flowery hollywood moves, everyone learns real fighting skills, and a mindset to survive and protect yourself and family. I highley recommend this school and can say from personal experience it is effective and rewarding. Come watch and see for yourself.
