My son has attended UMA for 17 years, and I highly recommend anyone here. He started when he was 4 years old, and now 18 still comes back after school break to attend classes and teach classes as a black belt. This school is great for kids, family, or yourself; I also take the kickboxing classes and the instructors are well in tuned to my exercise goals. You kids can take class while you get your exercise on as well.
