I have been taking Karate classes here for 4 years along with my son. This is a great environment for kids, adults and families. There are several families who take instruction together. My son is much more confident and is doing much better with the stresses of school because of the techniques in focus and attention to detail taught here. Kids learn respect, discipline and self reliance. Adults gain strength, flexibility, coordination and balance while having a lot of fun. The self defense techniques are effective and easy to learn. There are no contracst to sign and family tuition rates available. Take a free introductory class and see for yourself!
