My son loves going to karate and learning new things -- He just earned his purple belt and is excited to move forward and learn new things -- This dojo has incredible instructors - they are all very helpful and willing to assist in my son's learning -- Try it out! You will love it and want to join!!

Sensei Nancy is an amazing instructor -- My son was hesitant about starting Karate but Nancy has helped him so much and helped him LOVE karate -- He just tested for his yellow belt and earned it --- thanks to the help the Nancy has given him. But all the instructors are amazing and there to help the kids advance. Thank you for all you do for my son.

My name is Jim Holland. I was born pre maturely with mild Cerebral Palsey. I have carried an anger my whole life due to not being able to fully connect with my physical body and reach my full potential. I have also had a life long desire to study the martial arts. I am reaching and exceeding my goals at USSD Taylorsville, and I have learned that the only limits we have are the ones we place on ourselves. Thank You!!

I've trained here for ever and everyone is like family. The staff is professional and I believe they have instructors who not only speak Spanish but Russian and Chinese as well. The facility is clean and inviting

I've been going to this studio for several years, and have enjoyed my experiences. The instructors teach wonderfully, and are very nice people. This is definitely worth the effort!

Ive never ever ever knew there was such a karate school!ive been learing at a ussd school for almost 4 well today 4 years but ive only been at this studio for a year and it rocks man! Oh and Im sorry to that other school of which I thought was ussd.

I have studied here for 6 months now and these guys rock. Its my third school in the Taylorsville area that I have trained in and these guys stand head and shoulders above the rest. Keep up the great work. If your looking for great Self Defense/ Martial Arts/ Karate/ Kung Fu. I am even going to china with them to train in the shaolin temple. HOW COOL IS THAT.

United Studios of Self Defense offers so much it is hard to decide where to start. In the short time I have been training Martial Arts with United Studios my Self confidence has grown substantially. The Challenging while fun workouts have increased my fitness level and I am able to better enjoy my friends and family because of that. I have Lost fat and increased muscle definition in my training. The weight loss alone has lowered my blood pressure to a normal level whereas before I has at stage 2 hypertension. I have made more friendly people in the safe environment the Dojo creates than any other place that encourages fitness and fun. I will always be a better person for having found United Studios of Self Defense THE BEST PLACE TO GO FOR PROFESSIONAL GROUP AND PRIVATE KARATE INSTRUCTION.
