I was a bit nervous about getting my kids involved in karate, though they really wanted to do it. Where my main experience with martial arts was watching the original Karate Kid, ;) I had visions of instructors yelling at and berating my kids. I've been told by some friends that dojos like that do exist out there, but this is definitely not one of them. Both my kids and I couldn't be happier with the environment, what they're learning, and how they're learning it. The price is terrific too!
