My sons are both involved with UKS. My oldest son began when he was 8 years old. UKS has sharpened his self awareness and control. My youngest son was 5 years when he began instruction.
Tommy and the other black belt instructors are top notch. They are wonderful with the children.
Classes are on Monday and Thursday evenings. Class one starts at 5:30pm. Second class starts at 6:10 and third class starts at 7:00. Monday are sparring nights and Thursdays are form nights. A Saturday practice class is also offered from 10am until noon.

exceptional school! great place for children with A-D-D.
Tommy is a great teacher, and all the black belts are very helpful to the younger kids. Both of my grandkids go there. They have been going 6+ years and I'm very well pleased with their skills. . Unlike some studios you earn your belts they are not given out just because you've been taking classes for so many months. . A belt is no good if you do not know what your doing. ..
