Karate is my favorite, and I' m so lucky to have James Penor as my Sensei!
Other students are lovely too. I have a wonderful time here.
I have learned a lot so far. I have a few health issues and Sensai has been very helpful. Charlie and Branden are both assets to the academy as well, always there with tips and encouragement. They all work well with every age; small children, teens, young adults and older adults. I would definitely recommend Unified Shitoryu Academy.
