I have trained here for approximately two years, they push you hard but are also very gentle and caring. They believed in safety above all, and they believed in competition if you want to. If you do not want to compete nobody will push you. All I can say is this is a great school, and I am proud to be a student there. I will continue to train there for many many years to come.
