The first time i came in the studio i was wearing the stress from a hectic 8:30-5 -heels to compliment the hurting feet- and lipstick to almost paint over my insecurities. The minute i sat in and watched gregg's class i began to feel myself lifted. He was so patient with his pupil and would still press on in a sweet but firm manner until the teachings stuck. . . before the class ended i couldnt resist the urge to learn some self defense myself. As a physically average girl on a VERY tight budget- i can say if u have the money it is worth it for your mind and body to go take a class of his and experience for yourself! You will be really glad you did.

Mr. O'Dell makes hard work fun!

As I watched class, I could tell that Mr. O'Dell really has a passion for what he does. the work out looked brutal but the students seemed to be having fun.
This dojo is NOT affiliated with any recognized Shotokan lineage. This school's practices are more a poor excuse at replicating a traditional Japanese karate style with an instructor too inexperienced for the mixed style instruction that they aim for here.
