Uchi-Deshi Martial Arts

Uchi-Deshi Martial Arts is a very strict traditional school for the martial arts. There are two styles of Karate being taught here: Zen Shotokai karate, and Isshin Ryu Karate. Mr. O'Dell the Head instructor has 15 years of martial arts experience, and loves to teach. You are more than welcome to come and try it out for FREE! You will learn what you need to keep you safe, you will get in shape, and you might even have a little fun.

Since this is a very small school there are only two programs.
The Kids class (6yrs and up) Tues.-Fri. @ 6:30pm
The Adult Class (15yrs and up) Tues.-Fri. @ 7:15pm
Women's Self Defense (16yrs and up) Mon. @ 7:00pm
